永野芽郁マネージャーの退社後は、堂本剛とともに仕事か 写真一覧 4月下旬、「週刊文春」で永野芽郁（25）と田中圭（40）の不倫疑惑が報じられてはや約2か月。双方の所属事務所は不倫関係を否定しているものの、永野は出演していたドラマやラジオを次々降板し、現在は“活動休止”状態に陥っている。 そんななか、数年間にわたり永野を所属事務所の一員として支え続けてきた男性マネージャー・A氏が6月上旬、退社していたことがわかった。姉にアイドルグループ『ももいろクローバーZ』のリーダー・百田夏菜子（30）、さらにその夫である堂本剛（46）を義兄に持つA氏は、永野を含めた大物タレントたちの動向を左右する存在になりつつある。【前後編の後編。前編から読む】 度々、永野のSNSに登場していたことから、ファンからも認知される存在だったA氏。事情を知る関係者は、A氏と永野との距離感は「近すぎるように見えるほどだった」という。 「『オレが芽郁さんを守る』と語っていたAさんは、現場や移動時も常に永野さんのすぐ近くで目を光らせていた。インスタライブなどでも親しげに永野さんと会話を交わす様子から、ファンの間では“交際説”すら囁かれていたほどです」 そんなA氏が事務所を退社し、永野のもとを離れることになる。ある芸能関係者は、退社の裏にあった事情について、こう明かす。 「実はAさんは昨年、まったく別の会社Xを作り、代表取締役に就任していたのです」 この新会社Xの登記簿謄本に記載された目的欄の項目には「芸能プロダクションの経営」など複数の項目が掲げられていた。A氏は何をしようとしているのか。 「新会社Xは、姉である夏菜子さんの夫である堂本剛さん（46）がソロ名義で出している大多数の楽曲版権の管理を任されている。設立されたのは、堂本さんと夏菜子さんが結婚した直後のタイミングでした。 Aさんは最近、このXが関連する飲食店での仕事にも力を入れようとしていたようです。今後、義兄である堂本さんとともに、Xでプロジェクトを進めていくのではないでしょうか。また、長年仕事をしてきた永野さんをXに引き抜くという可能性もゼロではないでしょう」（同前） A氏の退所に、永野は「ショックを受けている」（同前）というが……。 「現在は“活動休止”状態の永野さんですが、6月9日には『SmartFLASH』（光文社）が、今年クランクイン予定のNetflixのドラマに出演する可能性があると報じている。公開中の映主演画『かくかくしかじか』も、報道の影響を受けずにヒットしています。女優としての実力は、依然評価が高い。 今後、いわゆる“清純派”としての活躍は難しいでしょうが、本人も方針転換は厭わないようです。A氏の退所で環境は変わりますが、海外で過ごすなどリフレッシュ期間を経て、また新たなスタートとなるのではないでしょうか」

与党、所得制限なしの現金給付を検討 一律数万円 参院選公約の柱に 政府・与党は、物価高対策として、国の税収増加分を財源に現金を給付する検討に入った。所得制限なしで、国民一律で数万円を支給する案が浮上している。夏の参院選の公約の柱となる見通しで、自民、公明両党は支給額の具体化に向けて調整を加速させる考えだ。複数の政府・与党関係者が9日、明らかにした。 政府・与党は4月、トランプ米政権による高関税措置や物価高対策として国民一律3万～5万円の現金給付を検討したが、見送りを決定。数兆円規模の財源を裏付ける補正予算案の成立に向けて、野党の協力を得られる見通しが立たなかったためだ。自民、公明両党は、野党各党が主張している消費減税についても、参院選の公約に盛り込まない方針を明確にしており、参院選で訴える「目玉」がないとの不満が与党内で高まっていた。 今回の現金給付案は、2024年度の税収の上振れ分を原資とする方針。7月に確定する税収額は、数兆円の上振れが予想されている。 与党内では1人数万円を給付する案が浮上。政権幹部は「所得制限をかければ時間がかかってしまう。額は2万円以上はいけるだろう」と指摘した。一方、政府内には高額所得者の除外を求める意見もあり、調整を進めている。 公明党は6日に発表した参院選公約に、税収増加分を国民に還元する「生活応援給付」を盛り込んだ。 公明の斉藤鉄夫代表は9日、福岡市内での講演で、給付の額は「数万円」を想定していると明らかにした上で「最終的に自民党と協議しながら決めていきたい」とした。給付方法については「マイナポイントを使って、消費に使ってもらいやすい形で給付する」と提案した。【竹内望、野間口陽】
